State Enterprise "Belgeodesia"

The topographic and geodetic republican unitary enterprise "Belgeodesia" (the state enterprise "Belgeodesia") performs cartographic and geodetic works of state and special purpose for the needs of economic sectors, in the interests of state protection and security, provides services to legal entities and individuals and individual entrepreneurs.

The main customer of geodetic and cartographic works of state purpose, financed from the national budget, is the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus (State Property Committee), which in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2008 № 396-C "On Geodetic and Cartographic Activities" determines the procedure for their conduct and implementation, as well as pursues a unified state and scientific and technical policy.

A new production building was put into operation at 10/12 Varvasheni Street (now 10/12 Masherova Ave.).

The company's specialists began to provide assistance in mapping the territories of developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

The Western Aerogeodetic Enterprise was renamed Enterprise No. 5.

1979

Completed construction of a new production building on the street. Varvasheni 17 (now Masherov Ave., 17), where the company is located at the present time.
