Land surveying
Land surveying is a set of geodetic activities carried out on the ground for the preparation of topographic maps and plans.
There are surveys for making topographic plans of large scale (1:200, 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2,000, 1:5,000) and small scale (1:10,000, 1:25,000 and smaller).
Topographic survey can be performed as a separate type of work (accurate location of objects on the plan, surveying of terrain at the construction site, creation of special plans, etc.) and as a part of engineering and geodetic surveys.
We perform the following contract-based work upon customer's request:
- engineering and geodetic surveys on built-up and undeveloped areas;
- engineering and geodetic surveys of infrastructure facilities (construction and reconstruction of roads, railroads, and utility lines);
- creation of engineering and topographic plans from 1:200 to 1:5,000;
- survey and inspection of underground utilities using pipe and cable detectors;
- survey of the reservoir beds (including special-purpose reservoirs);
- tree survey, compilation of a tree inventory sheet;
- creation of special plans (road data sheets and cartograms);
- topographic survey using satellite geodetic system GPS, GLONASS in real time (RTK-mode).
