Navigation map of the Republic of Belarus

Pursuant to the Decree of the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus No. 26 dated August 13, 2012 “On creation of a navigation services operator” Topographic and geodetic republican unitary enterprise “Belgeodesy” has been determined as the operator of cartographic support of navigation services consumers.

      Services:

• Providing information from the Navigation Map in the form of:

♦ Set of spatial data in *.shp and *.mif/mid formats or any other formats provided that conversion is technically achievable;
♦ WMS service of the Navigation map for integration into geoinformation systems, navigation and information resources.

• Creating and updating navigation maps of 1:100,000 and 1:10,000 scale of the Republic of Belarus.
• Navigational information acquisition in the field with in-house data processing.
• Creation of a wide range of derivative cartographic products on the basis of existing digital maps and data.
• Geospatial analysis based on cartographic, navigational and additional information.

Fees for the use of the navigation map of the Republic of Belarus stipulate that the right to use the navigation map and information service for a period of 1 year is acquired.

The right to use the map is granted on the basis of a permit from the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus.
