Setting (restoring) the boundaries of a land plot

The service is provided upon written request and is performed by the company within the boundaries of Minsk region and the city of Minsk.
The company offers identification of fixed and non-fixed boundaries of land plots, as well as reconstruction of fixed boundaries of land plots.
No work is performed to reconstruct the non-fixed boundary of a land plot or the boundary of a land plot established by aerial photographic and geodetic methods. In relation to such land plots, works are performed at the interested party's request only to identify a fixed boundary of the land plot by geodetic method.

Service delivery procedure: demarcation of land plot boundaries 

Demarcation of fixed boundaries of a land plot is carried out in order to determine the geometric dimensions and location of the boundaries of a land plot and must ensure that the boundaries of a land plot are indisputably marked on the terrain and that this boundary can be subsequently reconstructed.
Demarcation of non-fixed boundaries of a land plot is carried out by cartometric method using LIS or orthophotoplans, as well as the master plan of the constructed object with the projected utility lines, and a consolidated utility lines plan.
An interested person (an individual or a legal entity) submits a written application to the local executive committee, which sends an order to the executor of works for the demarcation of fixed or non-fixed boundaries of land plots.

Service delivery procedure: reconstruction of land plot boundaries 

The reconstruction of fixed boundaries of a land plot is carried out in cases stipulated by legislation on land protection and use, including the resolution of land disputes, as well as based on court decisions or applications of citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, who are title holders with regard to the land plots the boundaries of which are being reconstructed. 
Interested legal entity or individual should apply in writing directly to the company to sign a contract for the reconstruction of the land plot boundaries.
The request must be accompanied by copies of the documents confirming state registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur without notarization (or copies of the document containing individual's identification information), as well as copies of documents certifying the title to the land plot.
